## Frequently asked questions

### How many exam attempts does the voucher include?

One. If you need a retake, it costs USD 150 and you book it directly through Pearson VUE.

### Can I repeat the practice exams?

Yes. You can repeat the K2U practice exams during your 12 months of access. This applies to the practice exams only, not to the official exam.

### Are the practice questions official ServiceNow exam questions?

### Do I need anything else before I book?

Please check the current exam requirements on ServiceNow's CSA page before you book.

### Does the kit guarantee a pass?

No preparation can promise a pass or a job. The kit gives you the voucher, the practice and the expert support to prepare well.
